Thread: Open a program in minimized or maximized

I am windows XP user. It is possible to open a program or application in Minimized, maximized and in normal mode? If when I choose Minimized then small program window open etc. please tell me how to open a program in minimized or maximized mode. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

You just need to follow these simple steps for doing this:

• Go to Start then Right click the program that you want to open

• choose Properties from the resulting window

• choose the Shortcut tab

• Open the pull down menu in the "Run:" text box

• choose the window launch option, then click OK
