Word Lens a latest app from Quest Visual is taking things to a full latest stage. It works over text within an image it is looking and immediately changes from English to Spanish or vice verse. The app automatically is free but every translation choice amounts 4.99 meaning the Spanish to English and English to Spanish choice are given separately. And sorry it’s only present to iOS 4.0 afterward and there’s no Android range as of today.

While the app works highly rapid remarkably fast few are saying the changes can be a less too literal and you cannot save any translated images to the phone to work later. But other than that the app works like magic. It took developers Otavio Good and John DeWeese over two years of development to correct Word Lens use of optical word recognition a technology we’re surely going to be looking more out of it. Tech Crunch explains the work saying It tries tosearch out what the letters are and then view in the dictionary. Then it explains the words back on the screen in translation.

The site also states that the developers are working on involving more European languages and particularly include French Italian Brazilian and Portuguese. Good also admits that The translation isn’t apt but it get the point wide. So foreign language highers out there won’t be able to utilize Word Lens for higher novels but international travelers will like the ease with which they can go through street signs and menu.
