    Default Need PC monitor

    Hello guys,
    I just bought a 22" Philips 230C monitor, which can display in 1080p. The issue is, if I attempt and use it, say a Youtube video in the 1080p setting, the screen goes black for a some time. If I come out of the video, it goes black again for a some time. This has also happened when watching a HD video saved to my hard drive. Please tell me cause?

    Is your default resolution set to 1920x1200 / 1920 x 1080?

    Ya, it is set to 1920x1200 / 1920 x 1080.

    It is worth to upgrade your graphic card with latest one from the manufacturers site. I don't think there is any problem with monitor.
