Default PC tells I Have No Programs.

When you start the computer the error for me is that your computer does not exist. I never had such an error. On a computer that is not displayed before and use one of the programs. I try to open Control Panel items, both of you. I don't know why your computer does not appear in the programs. I should be grateful if someone could me with this error?

Get back a list of your computer, you must run the following command. But to do this, you must be logged on as an administrator. If you are not logged on as an administrator, log off your computer and Login back on as an administrator. If you did it, and then go to the start menu, and then click Run. A small dialog box will appear, enter this command, and their "regsvr32 Shell32.dll" and/i click OK and restart your computer.

As a control panel to see the total program and determine the program not only for list in the start menu, and then must try this answer. Go to start menu, then click Run, and type "regedit.exe". The Registry Editor dialog box is viewed in the directory structure in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer shell and make a latest string with the identity programs and give, for instance "C: windowsStart menu programme." Restart the mahcine, and view that has changed.
