To resolve this problem, uninstall the update "Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 (KB2464588)." In support of Windows 7, go to Control Programs Control Panel; and features. In the left pane, click "View installed updates". Thereafter the eye of the update, select and click "Uninstall" at the top of the window. There are also some programs that help us find our office corrupted files, I found not an expert in this free, high office that works well in most cases and are free, some others are: MS Office File Recovery Software, cost $ 69 transportation and utilities, for example, recovering MS Word, MS Excel, retrieve MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher Recovery Recovery. WordFIX is a program to recover and repair MS Word files.

Microsoft Word will automatically take advantage of the Open and Repair feature, if you find something to release the document. On the other hand, you can create a Word uses to open and repair the part of both to open the document. This can be particularly useful if you plan to save the document in different file formats. If you save a flawed different formats within a document may not be able to open it.

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. On the other hand, this hotfix is intended to correct only the things that are described in this issue. If the file is truly corrupt and can not be restored in any way, so I think you get any help restore utilities, in order to remedy the situation. Moreover, once again, to run Windows updates, hoping that this time you get the hotfix that you have been looking for.
