Default Settings for adjusting the excel menus

I had to try the macro will start this site to add options to the right to strike off the menu in Excel. At a time when the right to strike out with any Excel workbook consisting of the menu options and I can not get rid of them. Besides that I am missing a number of different options used for the menus. that is, to set the print area and clear the print area disappeared completely. I was able to locate them by restoring, then customize the menu, and re-adding them - other than the freeze / thaw option boxes that starts the Windows menu has disappeared completely, and not even have to change the menu
