This is the usual trouble and this will be defeated when you are importing the information and I guess that you can filter it and the filtering is the better suggestion and it is for the alone assesses and 1st to confirm the solution. You have to just filter the measures and then you have to apply the advanced and later that you have to sort and then filter that group of information tab and later that you have to withdraw the evaluates and after that you have to apply the command of Remove Duplicates which is in the Data Tools group which is on the information tab. And after that you have to highlight the repeat measure and then apply the conditional formatting it is in the style group on the home tab.

I don't recognize about the excel sheet but there is a note you have to hold in mind that when you are testing out to perform the advanced filter than I guess that you have to do the command in-place by perform this the sheet will comprise entire the records and the repeat that are hidden in the progressed filter. If you require to defeat this trouble then I guess that you have to point to the row and then you have to format the menus and then click on the click on the choice of the Unhide.

You have to just take the columns and later that click on the information menu and then point on the filter and later that you have to click on the advanced filter and later that you have to just click on the action and below the action you have to copy the position and after that take the alone records and then list the range of the box and then make the criteria range and the copy it to the box, and later that you have to click on the OK button.

You have to just take entire the cells and later that you have to just select the cells and after that you have to edit and then substitute from the menu and then you have to determine it from the menu and later that find that what is the box and after that you have to just hold down the keyboard ALT and later that you have to just press the keys of numeric keypad on the keyboard. And later that you have to substitute and later then you have to substitute the total blank box and later that click on the substitute choice.
