Default How to merge more sheets and transmigrate the similar in excel

In the beginning instance, I make the names of 2 worksheets and enter a migration date on the 1st page that arrive from the second sheet. A wrinkle: there are enough of dates in the first sheet. The dates of the second sheet may overthrow the dates of the 1st sheet, but if there is a name that suit on the second sheet, data related to any other date must remain intact. For instance, if I have a name abcx on the primary sheet and another sheet, and on the second sheet, I have to migrate the list abcx 3/07/2011 .

You may have complication to extend this way out to the size of my information spreadsheet, with about 10,000 entries in actual - and there are a some columns in all row that have occupied the columns, but not others, so copy and paste the formula to all the columns as to the dates (or any included field in which I may require a formula, for that issue) can be a trouble. Can you guess of a way to express the find out or the party so it can be utilized to entire rows in the spreadsheet, or may be a way to organize information otherwise.

I test out the actual formula. It toiled on the instance is a identical elementary assemble of sports, but in the actual information I have is the name of the column A, as its name in the exampal of the sport, but the date - the date of migration is Column M in the main sheet (which as also has about 10,000 lines), and the date you require to extract in column G in this peculiar sheet in the merger (though not inevitably the case for a merger that may do next week).

I guess what I require to figure out how I can make these rows and columns, elastic and varied, minus missing the context and rightness. In few cases, you may require to raise the size of the second row of the table, if the name does not look in the first sheet. Is not that what we require now, anyway. Today, what I require is to reconcile the names (both of which spreadsheet column, and a sheet two). I'll get the date in column g of the tantamount two rows of tables, and insert in column M of a worksheet.

I obtained a lot of mileage out of the assist that arrive earlier, and I have been capable to utilize to a number of unlike scenarios, as I had desired and anticipated, so thank you! I have a twist in the case mix, this time, I have a list of a/c to migrate to a latest system, and I have the power users in Active Directory that exist today. I've determine a way to identify the entries in the list of a/c of migration, and also to make a conflated list of two a/c of migration and users in Active Directory.
