    Default NETIO-230A remote use

Hello I want my remote control above network remote switch via simple scripts. At the moment I can get him through the browser or telnet - control commands. That to me is too cumbersome. I want to put me on the Desktup shortcuts are labeled Server on / off, printer on / off, etc. and send it by clicking the appropriate action. The telnet - command sequence for one printer would then
    login (name) (password) .

Hi all, I faced the same problem. Last week I wrote a Windows program, with which you can remotely control the netio. It detects whether other PCs on the network. If the computer is shut down (is intercepted by my application), it is first checked whether other PC are still at the net. If so, the outputs will remain in their state, otherwise they will be turned off.Furthermore you can set a reminder for each output separately, say for example appears after 30 minutes the question whether the device xy is still needed. I still need to run some tests. If these experienced positive run, I can ask the SW available for download.

Would be nice if you could publish the source code. Perhaps I can remove my link to developments incorporate more functionality. Am looking forward to the program.

Thank ralfb for the software. It even works on Linux using the Wine Windows emulator. I really like, not just because it was done off-and on, but everything was put directly in the context of the rest of the hardware! A comment perhaps: since one or two firmware versions NETIO-230A supports the ability to change the telnet port. This should still be specified in the INI file.Good work!
