Default Query about SQL or MySQL, and Oracle

Hi, there was a question about SQL as follows: If you want to save a Beispile with INT or ZIP code, goes to "0" on verlohren Anfag, in MySQL you can prevent this by now unsigned zerofill is there something like that even with SQL (Oracle)?

Just do not take it Later you can do it technically yes data type int but then in turn for the DB I would not do that.

The zip code I would also put more in new-char field, later in the cast is made prog because it is not too difficult Is "SQL their" not THE sql.

Here in there are only numbers, but also with leading zeros, it is then not purely numeric fields, i store zip codes in MySQL as a varchar It should be noted in zip codes that they may contain, depending on the country, including letters and special characters.
