RAM memory problems

My question is with the Rams, as I see in CPU-z DRAM Frequency has reached 357.1Mhz (357 * 2 = 714), and the Rams are my 667MHz.

As I said you should manually to work at 667MHz and these could raise the FSB without problems. I did this in the BIOS, leave them in 667, but even so the CPU-Z and Everest tell me that these are at 357.1MHz. The only program that tells me otherwise and tells me that 333 are working on the CBI (Central Brain Identifier)

would be wrong to operate as fast as they support?

The voltage goes up so you can give the MHz you want, no risk, indeed almost all DDR2 667 pa give up 900.

The important thing is that it is stable.
