Changing hard drive and RAM on LT21 Netbook Series

I bought LT21 Netbook Series and installed windows 7 but I want to change hard drive with memory so please tell me how to change hard drive and RAM?

If change hard drive then firstly takes out hard drive bay cover. Then detach hard drive from its connector lastly take out hard drive. Same procedure is used to change ram.
