Some days ago I connected 1 GB RAM but it was not detected so I change it. Then I try with other RAM but it also not detected so what to do with this. Any help will be appreciated.

I think there is more than one slot for RAM so try to change slots for RAM or Check that RAM and power supply cable is attached appropriately.
I think you might be using Non-Compatible RAMs. So ensure that both RAMs are friendly with your OS.
This may be related to BIOS so update BIOS. Also see that motherboard holds ability of both RAM. Check whether motherboard supports new RAM also. If there is DDR1 RAM and new one is DDR2 or vice-versa, there are chances of they may not work together. So check whether motherboard holds new RAM.
