    I want RAM with Micron D9 chips in my new system. Also give me detail information about these chips with kit size, timings. Any help is appreciated.

    There is much memory that utilized micron d9 ic's in few sticks OCZ Reaper HPC 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2RPR10662GK is example of this.

    Though Micron Z9 chips are technically only DDR3-1066, they permitted increasing actual DDR3 SDRAM frequencies to new level.
