I have established Windows XP on PC but when I seen scheme properties that time I got the 256MB Ram in its place of 1.5GB. I have also seen boot.ini file wholly unfilled. Please help me to solve this problem.

Because it is booting and advise don't sag way into boot.ini issue when we tranquil have memory amount issue to address.

No it is not usual that boot.ini is unfilled. You must be appearing at incorrect file because would not boot if it unfilled. You appearing at file at c:\ ? open CMD punctual and type "mem" lacking quotes.
