Default 6GB installed with only 4GB recognized through Windows

    Hi all,

My issue is elaborated. I have 6GB of RAM installed on the proper slots to characterize for the triple channel. The issue is that the motherboard does not require to use that 4GB. All strips are well identified as Win 7 Ultimate 64bit identifies 6GB well in the ownership of the panel but it says that only 4GB are available.

You attempt to put 2 dual channel device to check if this is well identified. I guess you require to update the BIOS of your device. The BIOS version which is soon installed on your machine might be out of date.
