First i advice you that, you Log off your computer and then open your central processing unit and get rid of your RAM from there, and later getting rid of that once again plug it to your system. now begin your computer again and assure your BIOS circumstances and see whether your RAM form is expressing there or not. I hope later doing this your trouble will be figured out

Please assure that you have the right stick for you PC. Assure your ports whether it is linked or not, if it is linked then get rid of it and clean your ports and sticks, and then link it once again. And please assure that sticks that you are put in slots are in correct way, look for the compatibility of the ram for your CPU board. Now you begin your computer and i think your trouble will be figured out now

please assure that you perfectly put in the memory, and then assure that how many memory ports your Computer have,if your Computer featuring 2 memory slots then test to boot the computer while utilizing just one RAM, and then assure your sticks that whether it is correctly linked or not,if not then attach them correctly. And then begin your computer again, and i think you would not confront that trouble now
