Hi

I have a window XP and Internet Explorer 7. I am having a problem that my HP scanner showing problem while scanning. When I start scanning an error appears says that “another program is running, close that and start”. Or it says see that plug it properly. I have checked all my connection and the entire program, all are working fine.

Does anybody have the same problem? Please reply me back?
