Thread: Scanner Problem

Hi

I have an HP scanjet 5500c series I know that its an older scanner I have a problem that when I start scanning message comes that An error occurred communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanner is connected properly. I have several times uninstalled and reinstall it again but the result is same.

How to sort out this mess? Please help me?

Maybe go to the website see if they have new drivers or the software upgrade.
