    Default HP scanner problem

    Hi

    I am using a HP scanner and I am having a problem for past 3 weeks when I want to scan my documents the error comes and hangs my PC. What kind of problem is this please helps me?

    I think you reinstall the software and try seeing it works or not then reply me back.
