Thread: Problem with scandisk

Hello Well, I have a problem trying to do a scandisk reboot required as the hard drive. And I do the following:
Properties of Disk C :> Tools> Error-checking "and check both options for repair and recovery, when you restart, this message appears:

Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS
Can not open volume for direct access
Windows has finished checking your disk

as I can fix it? Thanks
