With its innovative straight paper path, the DR-2580C can handle small plastic cards and paper in different sizes and shapes. And with the optional DIN-A4 flatbed lets you scan directly from bound books, in addition, reports and journals. Another flatbed is taken either in DIN A5 format. This is used when a Flatbed-Scan Unit is required for the scanning of ID cards or passports. The DR-2580C with scanning speeds up to 25 pages per minute (A4 portrait, simplex, black & white, 200 dpi), one of the highest speeds in its class, and enables quick and efficient work. Simplex and duplex scans can be made with the same speed, so you get fast, high quality scans in a jiffy.
