Thread: PC not detecting scanner

Hello,
I connect a Dell 1815dn Scanner to my system running windows 7.The issue is that it does not find my Dell 1815dn Scanner . I attempted 2 to 3 time but not able yo do it .I am damn frustrated. Please help me fix this problem.

Go to the device manager as well also see for hardware crashes and see if there are any signs. And if your scanner has locking system defend to open your scanner. See if your software is set up right way and the whole is configured properly.
