Possible to cap frame rate at 60fps?

Hello guys,
Install dead space 2 and I exceeded all the settings and put it in 5.1 surround sound then established v-sync. Hammered up EVGA Precision to monitor my GPUs and FPS. The initial thing I came to know is my FPS is capped at 30 not 60 .I transfered the profile to make max work but I find it unusual that such a good looking game hardly energies my 260's. Why is are my frames capped to 30 and not 60??

Hi,
It is actually not forcing cards that much. Ya, you can trust it that such graphics can perform that well.

You are using vsync. If your card can perform enough frames to attain the frame cap with only 10-20% of the card'sthe same. Use the nvidia control panel to create a profile and force vsync, or use nvidia inspector. They will definitely cap it at 60fps.
