Creative has been bringing us one of the excellent sound cards in the previous pair of years but when the Aureal3D Vortex sound processor came out, sound cards goes on top a entire fresh level, the SB AWE64 was not sufficient and the SB PCI128 which was supposed to be prepare for possitional sound had a so poor DirectSound 3D support, just the SB Live! is the first fact 3D audio card from Creative and yes, it is a 3D Gamer audio card !

I really had no trouble installing the SB Live!, I popped the board, set up the drivers and I was ready to utilize the card, still if you are newbie you will be pleased with the so full documentation packed with the SB Live!
