Excel Web Application is the only web applications to provide options for cooperation at this point. The sharing of document and changes are simple to make, but it is different from management. The menu at the bottom of the screen displays the email addresses of all persons who work to document, but does not send them e-mail or instant message. If someone makes a change, a notification in the status bar indicates that a person working on this document. However, unlike Google Docs, which highlights parts of the document being amended, there is no indication here what part of the document is changed. Therefore foremost decide who does what, because many people could change the same cell. Another drawback, when several authors are working on a document, you can not access options, "Undo" and "restore".
