I tried to send an email with a large (20M) video attached. The file has never been sent, but I am not able to remove it. Since then, My Outlook has been slowed down form it’s usual speed and I mean really slow.

I have Outlook 2007 with Windows XP.

Can any one help me out of this problem??????
