Microsoft give out service packs to update their software. It generally contains many product improvements with security updates packaged into one update before having to install many separate updates.

The 2007 Microsoft Office suite SP1 gives increased steadiness and performance improvements with extra security enhancements. This service pack also contains all updates out for 2007 Office suite before end of 2007.

To install the service pack just download the installation file to PC. Then find file and double click it to start installation. Follow prompts to finish service pack installation. Ensure you close any open programs to prevent potential installation problems. This service pack can also be applied using Microsoft Update which updates Windows and Office software.

This service pack will update the following Microsoft products:
Office Basic 2007, Enterprise 2007, Professional 2007, Small Business 2007, Small Business Management 2007, Standard 2007 and Ultimate 2007.

It will also update the following Office applications:
Access 2007, Excel 2007, InfoPath 2007, Outlook 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Publisher 2007, Word 2007, OneNote 2007 and Groove 2007

Windows Server 2003 with SP1
Windows Vista
