Thread: Create an ISO Image File Using Roxio Easy CD Creator 6

The contents of your CD from one place to another are over the internet is to create an ISO image of the CD. Instead of irritating to transfer all the folders and files individually and then having to make sure they are in the right place on the other end, you can just have them all contained in one file in the correct order. Then on the other end all you need to do is make sure you have Roxio’s Easy CD Creator installed and double click your ISO file and it will burn it to a CD in the same format as the original.

To do this, follow these simple steps.

1. Simple CD Creator.

2. Choose CD and import the contents into a new project.

3. Choose File, and then create Disc Image.

4. Browse you want to save the ISO and then name the assignment and Save.

5. Classic maker will now create the image file.

You can transfer this one ISO file over the internet to your destination and burn it back to its original format using simple CD maker on the other end!

Can you use Creator 6 to make a Boot-able CD if you have the Microsoft CD boot image available ? If so, can you explain the process steps by step please?

I am trying to make a "Slipstream" boot-able disc of XP PRO 64bit SP2, but I'm having to use a DVD due to its size. the original was just SP1 but SP2 has many advantages and fixes.

I tried to use Nero 7 but it keeps fighting me and I haven't found a way to get it to use the CD boot image. It keeps wanting to use it's built in floppy disc boot image. I tried it and it doesn't work. I tried to boot with it, but it keeps looking for A floppy drive I don't have. I'm booting from a CD/DVD drive..
Can you help me please?
