1. Step1

The higher your inhabitants and tax rate, the higher gold you create per hour. So the first thing you need do is raise your loyalty to 90 by using the soothe function from the overview menu. Connect overview, comfort, disaster relief. This uses your food to increase your loyalty by 5 percent.

2. Step2

After you've reach 90 loyalty set your tax rate to 100%. Create sure you use tragedy relief every 15-20 mins to wait your loyalty above 90 percent.

3. Step3

Last step is VERY important. Never overlook to set your tax rate back down to 20 percent before you log off or go to sleep. If this step is miss you will come back to a riot which lowers people which lowers production rates. Not good, so just don't forget.
