Instructions

1. Step1

Go to the display you want to make into a JPEG picture file. If it's on the Internet, make sure you've scrolled down to the part of the page that you want in the image file. If the screen doesn't capture all you want from your Internet page, go to the tool bar at the top and click on "View." Click "Zoom Out" until you've captured everything you want on the page.

2. Step2

On your keyboard hold along the "Ctrl" key and the Print Screen key in the high right at the same time. Nothing occur on the screen, but you've detain a snap of the lot that was on your screen.

3. Step3

If you've got a photo-editing program, open it up and connect "Edit" then "Paste".

If you don't have a photo-editing program, open PowerPoint and stick your monitor snapshot in there. If you go to "View" then "Toolbars" and create sure "Picture" is checked, you can crop the snapshot any way you want.

4. Step4

After you've crop your screen picture to liking, right connect on it. Click "Save as Picture." Before you actually save it, craft sure you're saving it as a JPEG or GIF file.
