Making document in Word can be as simple as typing. Formatting document to make it suit purposes can be complex, particularly if program does not have tool intended for work. Making inverted, or upside down, text is one of those works. You can still make text upside-down, for putting answers on puzzles and worksheet, for case, but it takes some additional steps.
Instructions
Step 1
Start document in Microsoft Word.
Step 2
Enter text you need to invert. Ensure it is precisely as you need it to show as you unable to edit it after copied and pasted it.
Step 3
Choose text you would like to invert.
Step 4
Copy the text by pushing "Control" and "c" together, or by right click on highlighted text and selecting "Copy". Utilize "Copy" rather than "Cut" as it will leave original text as text. Text you invert will be treated as image. If you have problem with inverted text you can begin without again typing text.
Step 5
Choose "Home" tab.
Step 6
Click "Paste" and then "Paste Special".
Step 7
Select either of two "Picture" choices from "Paste as:" sector of window. "Enhanced Metafile" choice give best results than "Windows Metafile". Click "OK."
Step 8
Choose text you pasted. It must show in option as picture, in box created by lines and tiny boxes, instead of highlighted as text would be.
Step 9
Click on "Page Layout" tab.
Step 10
Click on "Rotate" menu.
Step 11
Choose "Flip Horizontal" and then "Flip Vertical."
