Instructions
Step 1
Click "Mailings" then "Start Mail Merge" on Microsoft Word 2007. Select "Labels".
Step 2
Select name of vendor and size of every label below "Label information." Vendor must match up with company of label paper. E.g. Avery has line of different sized labels like 1 to 2.63 inches to as big as 5.5 to 8.5. Test label package for precise number to select in "Product Number" box below "Label Information."
Step 3
Click "OK" to close "Label Options" box. Now you enable to enter data, but initially click in any one label box and push "CTRL + A" to choose whole page. Push "CTRL + C" to copy formatting.
Step 4
Go to first label box and tick in it. Click "Insert" then "Blank Page" or "Page Break" on main menu. The first page of labels will now become second page.
Step 5
Place cursor at top of first page. Push "CTRL + V" to paste label formatting to new page.
Step 6
Do again this procedure three more times to make five pages.
Step 7
Enter data by clicking in every box. Push "Tab" to move between label boxes or utilize mouse to click in every box.
