Instructions
Step 1
Download Mac version of QuickTime Player program. Install QuickTime Player program to Mac's hard drive and launch it. Select "Registration" from menu under "File". Leave "Registration" window that emerges on screen.
Step 2
Buy QuickTime Pro registration code from website. Enter registration code and name. Shut "Registration" window. Close this program.
Step 3
Run QuickTime Pro. Copy and paste QuickTime movie from Mac's hard disk into Quicktime Pro. Wait as QuickTime movie loads in QuickTime Pro.
Step 4
Choose "Export" under "File". Choose "Movie to MPEG-4" from menu beside "Export". Leave "Default Settings" under "Movie to MPEG-4" as is. Click "Options" button and choose "Video" tab. Pick "MPEG-4 Improved" under "Video" tab. Click on "OK" button to close window.
Step 5
Click "Save" button. QuickTime movie is saved to Mac's hard disk in MPEG-4 video file format. Close QuickTime Pro after MPEG-4 video file has been stored.
