The appeal of Microsoft Word templates is that they give framework for users to put text in it without having to organize page elements. After you have chosen template, though, it is simple to work with document independent of mechanically formatted choices.

Instructions


Step 1


In Edit menu, click "Select All." All text in document will be highlighted. You also select only part of text.

Step 2

In "Format" menu and connect "Formatting.

Step 3


In "Styles and Formatting" menu, pick "Clear Formatting." Windows will send back highlighted text to default Normal style.
