Instructions

Step 1

Download and install to Mac's desktop free QuickTime player program from website. Back to website and buy registration code for turning QuickTime Player program into Pro Player program.

Step 2

Launch QuickTime Player program. Go to "QuickTime" and choose "Registration". Enter registration code for QuickTime Pro into "Registered to". Enter name in "Registration code". Click red button to close window. Close QuickTime Player program by push "Command+Q" jointly.

Step 3

Launch QuickTime Pro which made from QuickTime Player program. Drag QuickTime video or other video file from Mac's hard disk into QuickTime icon.

Step 4

Go to "File" and choose "Export". Name the FLV video file that is created in column beside "Save As".

Step 5

Choose "Movie to FLV" from menu beside "Export" tab. Leave "Default Settings" under "Movie to FLV" as is. Click "Options" button to open new window.

Step 6

Choose "Flash 8 High Quality" in profiles. Push "OK" to quit window.

Step 7

Tick "Save". Wait as QuickTime Pro makes FLV video file from video file that is in other format. Close QuickTime Pro when FLV video file made.
