This is free email client that appears already installed on PC. An icon will show on desktop when mail arrives. Still when this is not default email client, this will try to install it and have you opened incoming email through their program. You must uninstall IncrediMail if want for it to stop trying to install itself. Many methods of removal are accessible, containing deleting of any IncrediMail traces left after uninstall program is run.
Instructions
Uninstall IncrediMail
Step 1
Go to "Start" and choose "Control Panel."
Step 2
Tick on "Add/Remove Programs" or "Programs and Features".
Step 3
Let program list to completely load; this take few minutes if you have many programs installed on PC.
Step 4
Click on icon for "IncrediMail" and click on "Uninstall."
Step 5
Verify in window that you want to remove IncrediMail and all parts from PC.
Step 6
Wait for uninstall process to finished success message will show on screen.
Removing IncrediMail Components
Step 1
Go to "Start" and select "All Programs."
Step 2
Go down to list until you notice folder for "IncrediMail."
Step 3
Right click on "IncrediMail" folder and choose "Delete."
Step 4
Verify you want to remove IncrediMail, a window will showing move of files to trash bin.
Performing Disk Cleanup
Step 1
Go to "Start" and select "All Programs."
Step 2
Click on "Accessories," "System Tools" and "Disk Cleanup" icon.
Step 3
Choose "Scan Local Drive (C" and permit procedure to get all removable files.
Step 4
Put check mark beside "Downloaded Program Files" "Temporary Internet Files" and "Temporary Files."
Step 5
Click "OK" to verify deletion of folders, files and any available traces of IncrediMail. The procedure will finish and window screen will display successful cleanup message. Reboot PC.
Cleaning Registry Files
Step 2
Go to Start, "Run". Type in "regedit" and double click on icon that appears.
Step 3
Double click "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" and then double click on "Applications" folder.
Step 4
"Incredimail" and choose "Delete." Right connect on "Impcontent.
Step 5
Close registry window. Reboot PC.
