Windows Installer provides capability to download, install and organize products and applications for PC. Disable Windows Installer

1. Go to control panel and click Security and System sector. Then find Windows Update sector and open "turn automatic updating on or off". Check for updates but allow me to select whether to download and install them, and 4. Never check for updates. Though, fully disabling Windows Installer can cause issues.
