Word documents are file utilized in Word. Word documents can have image files, and can be utilized to digitally copy images. Digital copies can be created by saving image as individual file. Physical copies of images can be created using printer.

Instructions

Step 1

Run Microsoft Word and open new document.

Step 2

Copy and paste image you want to create copies of into document.

Step 3

Edit size of image by dragging corner of image.

Step 4

If you want to save digital copy of image in document, save document by pushing Ctrl+S and entering in preferred file name and place. If you want to save image as individual file, right click image and click "Save As Picture."

Step 5


Select image file format, type in preferred image file name and place. Copy of image will be saved on PC.

Step 6


If you want to create physical copies of image, ensure that image fits in page and tick print. Print any copies you want.
