Word 2007 permits users to rapidly convert documents into HTML files that can be uploaded to Internet and utilized as web pages. Word converts not only text in document, but also converts links, images, form aspects and layout elements also. Word automatically makes folder that has web page images, formatting data and design layout. HTML file and folder can be uploaded to server and utilized as individual web page or included to website.

Instructions

Step 1

Open document that you want to save as HTML file in Word 2007.

Step 2

Click Office Button. Move cursor over "Save As" and click "Other Formats."

Step 3

Choose "Web Page" from save as type menu.

Step 4

Type name of file in "File Name" memorize that this name will show in web browsers as web page title. If you want web page title to be dissimilar than file name, tick "Change Title," type new title and tick "OK."

Step 5

Click "Save." Document will be saved as HTML file and document view will switch to "Web Layout" thus you can see as web page.
