Instructions

Step 1

Open IE 8 browser, click on "Tools", and then choose "Internet Options." Internet Options dialog box opens.

Step 2

Choose "Content" tab, and then click on "Settings" placed below "AutoComplete" sector. AutoComplete Settings dialog box opens.

Step 3

Stop AutoComplete Tool by unchecking boxes for various AutoComplete things such as "Address bar," "Browsing history," "Favorites" and "User names and passwords on forms," and then "Ok" button.

Step 4

Click on "Delete AutoComplete History" in AutoComplete Settings dialog box to delete AutoComplete history.
