Embedding Fonts in PowerPoint 2007 Presentation

If you made presentation with many specialty fonts, to find out that when its time for presentation the laptop you have does not contain similar fonts as PC. Thus now presentation looks funny and in bad way. But there is way to take fonts with you. Here explained how to embed fonts into PowerPoint presentation.

Instructions

Step 1

To start click "Office switch"

Step 2

Then click "PowerPoint Options".

Step 3

When PowerPoint Options window emerges choose "Save"

Step 4

Then click prove box adjacent to "implant Fonts in the File."

Step 5

Then click OK.

Step 6

After choosing option to embed fonts, save presentation. Then when you open presentation on various PCs it will have same fonts you made presentation with.
