Final Cut Pro is strong application utilized for video and film editing. Adding effects to an edited sequence can add feel to video that was or else absent in real footage. Final Cut Pro presents broad range of effects. Attributes for majority of effects can be modified to provide sequence an exclusive look.
Instructions
Step 1
Start Final Cut Pro
Step 2
Find sequence in Browser window. Double click sequence to open in Timeline window.
Step 3
In timeline, choose preferred clip that is to be changed. Choose many clips by pressing "Command" button and choosing clips in timeline.
Step 4
Go to "Effects," then "Video Filters" menu. Then, Final Cut shows list of effects categories. Every category has same effects relating to category name.
Step 5
To add an effect to clip, choose any one effect in these categories.
Step 6
After you added an effect, it can be changed by double clicking clip in timeline. Clip settings shown into Viewer window.
Step 7
Choose "Filters" tab to see effect settings.
Step 8
In "Filters" tab, attributes for every filter on chosen clip can be changed. Ensure that play head in timeline is parked on clip you are changing. This permits to view changes in Canvas window.
Step 9
Once getting preferred look for effect, you want to deliver clip to preview in real time. If there is red or orange line above affected clips, they require to be delivered. To make clips, choose clips that require to be delivered.
Step 10
Go to "Render," then "Render Selection," then choose "Video." Final Cut will render video for play b0ack. Render times will differ depending on complexity of effect and speed of PC processor.
Step 11
After rendering is done, push spacebar to play back sequence.
