Instructions

Step 1

Open photograph with "Microsoft Office representation Manager"

Step 2

Click "prepare for publication Pictures".

Step 3

Click "pack together Pictures".

Step 4

Click on preferred size. Smallest, lowest resolution will be "E-Mail messages" and are fit to email or share with somebody over an email or phone. "Web-pages" are high sufficient in resolution that are sufficient for online sites and "Documents" are higher resolution that still print fine.

Step 5

Click "Ok" when completed and be certain to save work. If you do not like results close and do not save modifications.
