We purchased new Gateway ZX4000 Windows 7 Premium. When we start the PC after 5 minute, the PC was turned OFF. Does it turn off by itself? We observed the Hibernate mode was turned OFF.

If no settings for a scheduled shut-off are active, I would say that Windows 7 is not your problem--the computer is.
What other sorts of "problems" have you had? The system may shut down by itself if it overheated.
You should not have problems with a new machine.
