Few people think of pianos as instruments demoted to days of old, but PC age has brought piano into digital era. Many programs permit users to play piano sounds right on desktop keyboards and record music to share with world.

Instructions

Step 1

Find and download PC piano program. Find links to two programs in References section; both programs present short-term demo modes through which you can decide to buy programs and open up complete functionality. Following instructions refer to Aldo's Pianito.

Step 2

Install software. After download is finish, agree to terms and conditions, and then begin software by double clicking it.

Step 3

Launch software. A piano will show on screen. Push keys on keyboard to play related notes. System is quite instinctive use upper two rows of keyboard to hit piano keys you usually would with left hand, and utilize lower two rows for piano keys you would hit with right hand. Also press "Show Keys" in mid-bottom of screen to show which keyboard keys match to which piano keys.

Step 4

Push Shift key to hear and play one octave lower. Also use auto-chord feature to choose from pre-installed chords.

Step 5

Record the music using player. Click up/down arrow adjacent to copyright. Here you get ability to record own songs; just press red circle button to start recording your part.
