Adobe Acrobat is free reader software distributed online. It has standard for websites that give online documentation. After install Adobe Acrobat reader, standard update tool runs and tells when updates are obtainable. Popup shows from task bar and asks to activate new update. This occurs every time you open Adobe Acrobat, but disable this alert by Preferences window in software configurations.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to "Start" and choose "All program." Click "Adobe Acrobat booklover" to start software.
Step 2
Click "Help" menu. Choose "Check for updates". This opens Preferences window. Software searches for updates earlier than Preferences window opens. It takes some seconds for software to end searching.
Step 3
Click "Preferences". This opens new window in which you disable popups7.
Step 4
Delete checkmark in box "Automatically check for updates." press "OK". Now you can not obtain update activation popups on desktop.
