Making good looking presentations is simple with PowerPoint 2007. Themes added with program make design procedure easy. Every theme contains colors, fonts and effects that give combined look to presentations. Just choose theme of choice, and it's mechanically applied to PowerPoint presentation.

Instructions

Step 1

Start production in PowerPoint 2007.

Step 2

Select integral theme. Click "design" tab. See list of all PowerPoint 2007 integral themes. See right of themes until see scroll bar. Choose scroll bar, and roll down to notice extra integral themes.

Step 3

Get cursor over theme of your selection so that it is highlighted and preview it.

Step 4

See presentation with theme highlighted. This presentation momentarily modified to mirror theme you have chosen. Do not click theme. Now you need preview. Perform again this procedure with themes as many you like.

Step 5

Choose theme and click it when you have ready with choice. Theme will be applied to each slide in presentation.
