My Internet Explorer 7 opens and closes instantly. I scanned many times with antivirus and delete errors, again installed IE 7 and restarted PC but it is not opening.

I think there is virus or browser problem. Install other browser like Firefox, both are friendly with I explorer.

Reset IE setting. Go to Tools, then Internet Options, and then complex. Click "Reset" button. Click OK. Restart PC.
