Thread: Software that could interpret the tongue

Is there any software that could interpret the tongue, at a fewer cost?

So far I haven't observed any software which can interpret circumstances correctly. For example most of the occasion the translation that the Google interpret gives you makes the least sense and you have to edit the entire context yourself.
